It’s a three-hour walk from the village through dramatic scenery
Masca is one of the most picturesque parts of the island and is located in the northwest at the foot of the Teno Mountains. This beautiful little village may be somewhat difficult to reach but it is well worth the journey, which takes you through deep ravines interlaced with lush green flora and winding roads with hairpin bends. The scenery on the way is breathtaking and once you reach Masca, the natural beauty of this stunning location is overwhelming.
Visiting Teide National Park
The landscape of the volcano shows millions of years history. To some geologists is like a museum. You will get to know interesting facts about the national park and how the volcano was formed. Then we will elevate up to 3550m. altitude by a cable car (teleferico) and enjoy the view above the clouds taking a short hike around the upper station. After we get down we will have lunch break.
We’ll have time to explore Puerto de la Cruz. The oldest touristic town in Tenerife home of festivals, botanic gardens, and one of the best zoo park in the world. ( We don’t support animal captivity for entertainment, but if you like to visit it the ticket cost’s around 40 euros).
Hiking in Anaga mountain.
A 4 hour easy descent to the north coast.
Lunch and coffee in the capital Santa Cruz, visiting the “Auditorio”. Then Las Teresitas Beach.
